What to Expect
Join us July 27th for a fun, faith-based 60-minute workout consisting of strength and cardio. All fitness levels are welcome. Ages 11+ with an adult. The workout will include upbeat Christian music, God's Word, stretch and prayer at the end. The cost is a $20 minimum donation and all the proceeds go to Ella’s Umbrella.
